Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: ₹1,000.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation Before Arrival
Cancellation before 14 days of arrival: Free Cancellation if cancelled before 14 days of arrival. Your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: Partial Charge – 50% of Full Stay. Deposit will not be refundable.
No Show
If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning. Deposit will not be refundable.
Change of Dates
We will do our best to accommodate date changes. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We are generally able to accommodate date changes, except at peak times such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Cancellation/ early departure
If you decide to check out early, we require notice before check-out time on the day you are leaving, otherwise you will be liable for another day. Should you check out early, 50% of every day that you booked is paid for by your deposit (and is non-refundable), and only the remaining 50% of everyday that you have stayed will be charged.

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is before 11am. You are welcome to ask if an early check-in or a late check-out is possible and our team will advise you depending upon our occupancy and our guest’s timings. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability.
Deposits & Payments
No booking can be accepted as confirmed without the payment of a deposit.
The balance of the room payment is due upon checkout at the resort.
Cash – Indian Rupees only accepted. You can withdraw cash from a local ATM or at one of many Cash Point outlets on Palolem Down Street or Palolem Beach Road.These Cash Point/ Travel Agencies also exchange currency.
Credit Card – Please note card payments will have an additional cost of 2% to cover the card handling costs.
Parking
There is no space for car parking at the hotel as we are not on a main road but rather located on a property in between the main road and the beach. Car parking is available for a fee at one of the car parks on the main road, and we can meet you there to provide direction to Palm Forest. There is space to park your scooter but this is public unsecured parking just off of the main road.
Location
Palm Forest is a little hidden away and off the main road. Where possible please contact us in advance to advise us of your arrival time. We can also arrange transfers from the airport/ bus and train stations. If you come by car please stay in contact with us and we can either meet you at the car park of your choice, or on the road to take your luggage before you park your car.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for check-in is 21.
Extra Adults Policy
We only allow a maximum of two adults per cottage or three adults per Deluxe cottage, to keep the resort a relaxed environment and maintain the expected facilities. Two adults are included in the room rate. Extra Adults are charged at INR1000/day
Extra Children Policy
All Children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. Extra children will be charged INR.500 per night.
Electricity
The electricity in South Goa cannot unfortunately be called reliable.There may be times during your stay when we do not have electricity in the hotel or in the huts. Please try to see this as part of the charm of being on holiday in India. Unfortunately, it is out of our control.
Force Majeure (greater force)
We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control. Such as and may include an act of God, act of man, act of parliament, and other impersonal events or occurrences. Having said that, we operate with a high moral standard and will always endeavour to provide you with the services mentioned and hopefully exceed your expectations.
Use of Personal information
We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and hotel related information.
