If you’re arriving early or need a little extra time before you head off, just ask — we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability and guest flow that day.
Parking
There is ample street parking and scooter parking outside The Palm House on the main road. Our reception team can also guide you to alternative offsite parking available.
Finding Us
We are the first property on right, on the main road as you drive into Rajag.
Minimum Age
Guests must be 21 or older to check in.
Extra Guests
Our standard rooms are for up to two adults
Deluxe rooms can host up to three adults
Extra adult charge: INR 1,000 per night
Adjoining rooms are available for groups of more than 3.
Children
We’re designed primarily for adults and remote workers, but we welcome mindful parents traveling with children — especially infants or toddlers. We don’t currently offer child-specific facilities like cribs, play areas, or childcare services. If you’re planning to stay as a family, reach out to us first so we can recommend the most suitable rooms and setup.
Electricity
Power in South Goa can be a bit unpredictable. You might experience short power cuts during your stay — we do have a generator for power back up and an inverter for the WiFi, however it’s part of the rhythm of life here, and we hope you’ll take it in stride. We’ll do everything we can to keep things running smoothly.
Force Majeure (Greater Force)
Sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone’s control — from weather to government rules to unexpected events. If that ever affects your stay, we’ll always be upfront and do our very best to look after you.
Your Privacy
Your personal info is safe with us — we won’t share it with anyone (unless we’re legally required to). From time to time, we might get in touch to share news, updates, or a friendly invite back to The Palm House.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Arrival
Cancellation before 14 days of arrival: Free Cancellation if cancelled before 14 days of arrival. Your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: Partial Charge – 50% of Full Stay. Deposit will not be refundable.
No Show
If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning. Deposit will not be refundable.
Change of Dates
We will do our best to accommodate date changes. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We are generally able to accommodate date changes, except at peak times such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Cancellation/ early departure
If you decide to check out early, we require notice before check-out time on the day you are leaving, otherwise you will be liable for another day. Should you check out early, 50% of every day that you booked is paid for by your deposit (and is non-refundable), and only the remaining 50% of everyday that you have stayed will be charged.

Deposits & Payments
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit in advance. The remaining balance can be settled at check-out. We accept a variety of payment methods to keep things easy for you:
