Breakfast
A healthy tropical breakfast is included for stays with breakfast packages. Breakfast is served in the restaurant/bar from 8:00 am – 11:00 am. Come by anytime in the morning — no rush.
House Guidelines
- Please don’t smoke in the rooms — outdoor areas are available. A cleaning fee applies for smoking indoors.
- Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you’d like to stay a little longer, just ask us at reception and we’ll help if possible.
- Quiet hours: We ask guests to keep things peaceful after 10pm, so everyone can rest easy.
Air Conditioning
For your comfort, the AC is there when you need it. Please keep doors closed and switch it off when you’re out to help us save electricity.
Beach Towels
Striped towels in your room are for beach days. Please return them each evening — lost towels will be charged at check-out.
Bedding & Linen
Daily/Weekly stays – Bedding is changed every 3 days
Monthly Package stays – Bedding and housekeeping is done weekly
If you’d like them freshened up sooner, pop us a message and we will inform housekeeping.
Drinking Water
To reduce plastic and rubbish in the area, we provide a triple filtered water in glass bottle to your room twice daily; late morning and before the evening. If you would like a top up please message us at reception. Bottled water in recyclable/refillable glass bottles is also available from the cafe.
Evenings
Reception is open 24/7 so please call if you need anything. We also have night security on duty.
Forgot something?
If you forgot something please let us know. We have a range of toiletries available for a small charge to make your stay easier, and anything we don’t have on site we can arrange for you.
Hair Dryer/ Iron
Please let us know if you would like a hair drier or an iron delivered to your room.
Housekeeping
- We will refill water bottles and do basic housekeeping daily between 9am – 5pm.
- Hang the “Please Clean My Room” sign outside if you’d like your room checked.
- Use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you’d prefer not to be disturbed.
- Please reuse your towels and hang them up to dry. Towels will be changed with bedding after 3 days. If you’d like them replaced before then, please leave them on the floor mat.
HOT WATER
The hot water is on the left side tap for the shower. Cold on the right.
Keys
Please keep your key safe. Lost keys incur a ₹1000 replacement fee.
Laundry
Please find the laundry pricelist for a local laundry business in your wardrobe. You can pop your laundry into the basket in your wardrobe. When we see the filled out form we will collect it and have it cleaned and back to you within 24 hours – weather permitting. The laundry charges can be added to your room bill and be paid upon check out.
If your laundry is ready you can also take it to reception before 8am or 8pm for 24 hour service.
Scooter or Bike Hire
Want to explore? Reception can arrange scooters, rickshaws, taxis, or tours around Goa.
Smoking
The Palm House is a non-smoking building. You are free to smoke on the balcony however please call us to request and ashtray, and please do not smoke inside the rooms — a ₹2000 fee applies if so.
